Angelika's German Bakery - Welcome to olde world flavor. German pastries distinguish themselves using full flavored ingredients such as robust chocolate, ripened fruit, real whipping cream. They are not overly sweet but rich and satisfying.
Our Gluten Free Desserts and Dairy Free Cakes and Pastries are now available to order. 
Some gluten free products may contain cornstarch and are not prepared in a separate kitchen so cross contamination may occur but every effort is made to ensure that no cross contamination occurs.
Dairy Free Cakes - please 2 days notice is required on all dairy free cakes.

Caramel Chocolate Almond Torte
2 Layer hazelnut sponge torte filled with caramel, mousse, vanilla mousse and chocolate mousse.
crunchy caramel are sprinkled throughout - decorated with whip cream tuffs, mini Rollo's and chocolate.

Florentiner
A wonderfully crunchy caramel dream made with fine sliced almonds, honey, whipped cream and sugar and coated with an excellent dark chocolate. The Florentiner achieves it’s dark delicious taste in the many steps it requires. It is griddled to a caramelized state then baked again in small finishing pans in the over, before it is cooled and iced in dark chocolate.

Layers of hazelnut sponge torte and fresh bananas are enveloped in creamy chocolate Mousse and a mildly sweet Banana cream and layered between a hazelnut sponge cake.
Topped with swirled in soft chocolate and Banana chips.
