Like all traditions, it has taken years for Angelika to perfect her pastries and baked goods. Angelika came to Canada in 2006 from Munich, Germany and brought her authentic, made-from-scratch German recipes and 30 years of baking experience along with her. She is delighted to share her favourite German tortes, breads, and sweets with islanders and visitors alike.
